How should Assessment be viewed in the recruitment space?
The most important task for the hiring people is to ensure the most diverse composition of the staff to enable the company to answer a var iety of challenges in the future.... this can´t be done, when hiring very similar minded employees with similar background, education or values, no matter of what colour, orientation, age etc.... you will always get similar answers, because everybody has a similar view and experience SHOW LESS
