If we don't #assess it, we should not bother doing it

There are many #activities being done in a work environment everyday. With the current "#NewNormal" people are working from home - **or are they?** #Assessment in it's very essence is about measuring an outcome/output, rather than #micro-obsessing over the journey! Imagine a world where managers could breathe easily because their targets are being met, and no-one is mistrusting anyone...science fiction, or good assessment?
