If we don't #assess it, we should not bother doing it

#Gizelle Mc Intyre took us on a journey this week discussing the #opportunity that the Covid-19 lock down provides to all companies to re-evaluate what is being done. There are many #activities being done in a work environment everyday. With the current "#NewNormal" people are working from home - **or are they?** #Assessment in it's very essence is about measuring an outcome/output, rather than #micro-obsessing over the journey! Imagine a world where managers could breathe easily because their targets are being met, and no-one is mistrusting anyone...science fiction, or good assessment? For years we have been talking about measuring #output rather than #input, and #DigitalAssessments are the answer to how to do this. #Gizelle weighed in on the following questions: 1. Who is supposed to assess in the workplace, 2. What is the difference between Assessment in Education and Business? 3. Why do we do what we do? 4.
