The Underestimated Value of an Assessment Strategy



#Assessment is probably the most important part of a process, it is the part when you review if the #ActionsTaken and #TasksCompleted were successful, semi successful or not successful. Without a #ThoughtThrough#framework, a #defined#process and explored #scenarios the chances of success in #ASSESSMENT are slim. The crazy thing is, people spend so much time trying to get content right, that they forget to invest the time in the assessment, the artifacts, the tools and the success factors for demonstrated competence.
